We also store assessment sessions, submitted answers, generated report data, and limited technical information needed to deliver results and support repeat access.
Information is used to authenticate accounts, generate previews and full reports, manage billing, answer support requests, and keep the website operating reliably.
We may review aggregated usage patterns to understand which assessments are used, where errors occur, and how the product can be improved without building invasive advertising profiles.
Subscription payments are processed through third-party providers such as Creem. Personality Test Pro does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
We also rely on service providers for authentication, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and fraud prevention. Those providers receive only the data needed to perform their roles.
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember session state, support language or interface preferences, and understand basic site performance.
Analytics are used in aggregate to understand page usage and stability. We do not sell users a diagnosis or a personal advertising dossier.
Assessment sessions, account records, and billing history may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
